Thank you for coming!

Hello, my dear. My name is Aya. I'm an entrepreneur, holistic health practitioner and your teacher for today regarding "Flower Child"; a term I coined to explain the many symptoms we deal with as highly-sensitive individuals.

High-sensitivity and kindness are my   priorities in healing a 'broken' or a 'wounded' soul.

Do you love matcha latte? I'm all into green, holistic herbal teas and drinks. Please share me your favorite?

When not reading or praying to God about my next steps, you can find me detoxing my mind through journaling my innermost thoughts. I find relief in them (so much).

How have you coped, recently? Just call me Aya, btw.

MY METHOD AND FORMULA ARE MY OWN

Graduating from college introduced me to a deeper kind of resonance: natural healing. It was 2010 when I embarked on indigenous siddhi or ayurveda. In 2017, I spent my late 20s searching for a miracle cure. A panacea. In hope that, I can heal myself of chronic pain and trauma, and prevent someone risks. My mother died in 2015, as a result I became my own shaman. I continued this quest until today, realizing I'm Highly-Sensitive. It's not a disorder, so please be kind and sensitive. :) It's a product of years of cumulative aches, traumas, and lingering pain unknown even to the human soul.

I graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Communication. I'm passionate in historical research, anthropology and art.

Vulnerability is not something you should be afraid of. However, when not managed, it can lead to long-term health consequences. As such, my clients are known to be:
